Year end maintenance

Was my 1st year archery hunting after purchasing a TenPoint Crossbow from Bob's A&N in Clearfield this past spring. What year end maintenance do you all recommend? I understand strings only need changed about every 3 years.

Thanks

Re: Year end maintenance

I wax the string, very light coat of oil on the rail, scope covers on, check all bolts and screws for tightness.
