Wicked Ridge Warrior

Anyone have any opinions on a Wicked Ridge Warrior? Looking to get my dad a crossbow for Christmas. Being he's never hunted with one before I don't want to break the bank buying one and it turns out its not for him.

Re: Wicked Ridge Warrior

I have a Wicked Ridge Invader and love it. It is not the fastest bow out there but it sure is consistent and accurate. I could buy more expensive and I elect not to so that should say something for what I think of Wicked Ridge, They are made by Ten Point which arguably makes one of the best crossbows on the market.

Re: Wicked Ridge Warrior

I have Warrior, a bit bigger and bulkier than my old Parker Terminator but shoots really well and has a better trigger than the Parker. My only kill with it this year was a coyote that dropped in his tracks.

Re: Wicked Ridge Warrior

I have a warrior shoot great and I have zero issues with it. Not a speed demon but reliable and gets the job done.

Re: Wicked Ridge Warrior

Recommend you spend the extra money for the Invader with the cocking device on the stock. I didn't think I would like it but wouldn't go without it now. I can have my crossbow cocked in the time I would be digging my rope out of my pocket.
