100 or 125 grain broadhead?

hello all,i am new to crossbow hunting and just got a new Barnett predator crossbow,shoots 375 fps with 22 inch bolts,just wondering what weight broadhead and fieldpoints should I use 100 or 125,so far I have been practicing with 125,s but what weight is recommended?thanks

If your arrows have brass inserts, 100 is ideal. If your arrows have aluminum inserts, 125 or higher is best. You want a decent amount of weight forward on shorter crossbow arrows.

In the 22 inch arrows, I like to use the 92 grain brass insert and top it with the 100 grain heads. This gives about an ideal weight forward to the arrow.
