matrix 380 string length

what is the length of the matrix string? I ordered a string at 31 inches which i could have sworn i read was the length and its way to short??

Didn't look it up but I believe 31 inches is factory. Does the string lay way behind the brace height mark closest to the string latch?

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Some strings are "preset" to be short because they will stretch in a couple days. What string did you buy? How high is the brace height from the bumpers or the line?

Traditions only last if you pass them down to your kids!

I ended up getting 60x i just measured from the outside of the loops the most i could get out of it was 30 inches, that was with zero twists in the string

I would give them a call. Seems like they may have made the string wrong.

Thanks I'll give them a call in the morning i guess. I just wanted to double check that 31 inches was the right length before i called and looked silly haha

I've been shooting Boo Custom Strings on my Excals for the last couple years. Can't remember the length on my Matrix however. Try going to Boo's site for info on string length/construction.

Give us a ring. If there is an issue we'll get it taken care of. We rarely make a mistake but when we do it's a full inch one way or the other.
