Martina's Doe

Martina has had a pretty eventful 24 hours. Our location tonight was in a blind sitting along a new gasline that has some oaks on the other side. The deer ended up being right in the middle of this pic.

We had a fairly eventful evening with seeing a little buck and a couple of other doe along with a half dozen gobblers. We were just about ready to pack up when 2 doe came out onto the gasline and walked right in front of us. She let the arrow fly and the deer didn't make it 30 yards. I didn't see where the arrow hit for sure so we gave it an hour before taking up the trail. She is now tagged out.

Traditions only last if you pass them down to your kids!
