habitat project

The North Mountain Branch of the Quality Deer Management Association will be having a planting day on June 11th. They will be meeing at the Cider Run gate on Game Lands #57 in Wyoming County at 08:00.
The branch will be continuing their ongoing project on the High Knob Project. You can see the progression of the project area over the last 2 years by logging onto http://www.northmtnbranchqdma.org
Click on the projects page and HIgh Knob. This years plantings will consist of primarily clovers.
Food and beverages will be provided.

Missed this when it was posted but I was busy planting as well. Walked past the area the other day when out for my trek from Noxon to Lopez. Lot of work since the last time I visited. Man am I out of shape.

Anyway what happened to the plan to plant populars in the area as winter browse? Waugh!
