Precisely! Two different states. That's why in Louisiana it's OK to allow the deer numbers to increase within the balance of that and habitat improvements. They grow together and a balance is achieved/maintained.
In Pa a different story. Any action, such as antlerless tags reduced because of the habitat improving, is met with "the sky is falling" protests.
Why is it that our top three deer biologist did their graduate work at the same university. Why is it that they all have connections to chesapeake farms in Maryland (deer population around 175/DPSM).
