Up or Down?

With most husbands and wives being together at home all day during this time, how many arguments have been had over the toilet seat being left up?

We don't have that problem here. She has me and the boys well trained that not only does the seat go down, but so does the lid!

I had girl friend complain about that once. I asked her if she makes sure the door is open before going thru?

Didn't see her much after that

Being married is work. Work is management and labor. We all know how well management and labor get along.

It's been said that there will be more babies than usual born nine months after this ends. Wouldn't surprise me if the divorce rate didn't go up as well.

Peace in my house as always. But then we don't go around much anyway. Just from home to camp and a few grocery stores. Our record for not leaving our property at all is 17 days in a row, set last years layoff. One day we just realized we hadn't gone anywhere in a while and when we figured it out that's what we found. Had a good laugh over that. While I am laid off in winter we often don't leave our property for 7 to 10 days at a time. Never bored, there is always something to do. Things to make, wood to carve, firewood to cut, cooking, gardens to tend, walking my dogs, reading, my wife likes puzzles, and a lot of other things. And we don't even watch TV. Have not had TV since 1999. It a great life.

I've been retired for 15 or so years, and Elaine stopped working a couple of years ago. This isn't much different than all of the above.

She has her SciFi novels and Young & Restless soap, (when it isn't pre-empted for impeachments or viruses), and I have Tessa chewing on me when she isn't hunting something or other.....

Bussiness as usual, and we never have argued much anyway.

Oh yeah, I got toilet seat trained about 30 years ago!

Its not an issue here. When she asked why I don't put the seat down for her I asked her why she doesn't put it up for me?

End of discussion!
