Country-Western Music

Any fans here of the old country-western music? Don Williams, Marty Robbins, Randy Travis, Ned Miller, Tanya Tucker, etc

I carry a gun because I'm to young to die and to old to take a ass whipping.

I saw Don Williams at the State Theater in New Brunswick 20 some odd years ago. Great performer, loved the show. Randy Travis is one of my all time favorites, and did you ever see his fast draw with a six gun? REALLY fast, it was one of his hobbies.

Remember.... they're full time deer......we're part time hunters!

How about Box car Willie, Saw him once. I like Blake Shelton , But I Reilly liked Ricky Van Shelton. I think 1/2 the country music today is like Rock the of the 80's, Which I like. But I'd rather have the other half of country music like the old days, not the stuff that should be on Rap or Pop stations.

I listen to an oldies channel out of Carlisle when I'm home and found and oldies rock station at camp,103.5. I heard Disc Duck last week. I get the best of both worlds.

I am obligated to play Big Iron on repeat whenever I head to the local range for the cowboy shoot.
