You have to wonder just how long even the liberals in California will tolerate their lives being micromanaged by their government. Not that they don't deserve it!

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

I guess they’d have had a collective cow over someone self-installing an above ground pool like I did at my previous home.....

Did you read some of the comments at the bottom of the article??? Kind of gives you perspective of what we’re dealing with in today’s day and age...

One guy that’s from Sacramento summed it up pretty good and told the truth about what this is REALLY about. It’s not about environmental safety issues or trying to stop guys from illegally running auto shops out of their garage, it’s about protecting the (overinflated) property values around the region. In other words, they are worried that a resident of one of these subdivisions will have a car parked out in their driveway for days and the neighbors (and the city and county) are worried that these communities will take on a “working class” feel to them an drive those (overinflated) property values down, thus driving down property taxes.

And there you have it. As usual, it’s all about the money...
