StepDads 60th?

My step-dad turns 60 this year and I had planned to take him somewhere to hunt pigs. However my mother suggested it would be a good idea to do something my 12 year old nephew could do too. He is not into hunting but does enjoy fishing. Does anyone have a suggestion for a trip the 3 of us could take?

Re: Type of Trip

I'd take s/dad on the pig hunt. If the 12 y/o wants to come, fine. You can go fishing to interest a 12 yo in a local pond.

The older I get, the less patience I have with people suggesting that what I want to do shouldnt happen because (insert other person here) doesnt like doing that gets slimmer and slimmer. You only roll around once, not everyone has to go all the time or agree all of the time.

Every day you see it on the news. Another felons life needlessly spared by inaccurate fire.

Re: Type of Trip

Thanks. I was still leaning that way too. Kin of a father son thing. I do also get the male bonding thing of bringing the nephew too but his interest, aside form fishing, are not the same as ours.
