Food for thought

Chuck steak is highly underrated. It is one of the cheapest cuts of beef on the market but yet a very flavorful cut of beef. It can have marbling similar to Delmonico. I would take a good chuck steak over an average Filet Mignon. Filet Mignon is tender but not very flavorful. The end....
