Re: who is ready for fishing

I'm ready already. Not planning on seeing the boat until the end of April but there is still plenty of winter left on tap.
Will do some trout when they open, and maybe pier or rock pile fish if the stripers show up. Want to be in the water for drum and striper and definitely for opening of fluke.

Re: who is ready for fishing

The only thing stopping me is safe ice - might have to make a Pocono run or I could stay local and chase musky in the Schuylkill. The question is do I want to drive for 2+hrs and catch pickerel or run + gun on the river looking for the rare musky(assuming I can park LOL)

Re: who is ready for fishing

Havent stopped and doubt I will with warmer temps in the coming weeks. I fish the Lehigh and Delaware rivers often. The Lehigh has been slow, but the D is producing some walleye.
