Re: Joining a moose lodge

Get on there web sight for more info. Just stop in and hit the buzzer to get in and tell the bartender you want to join. You will need a sponsor. The moose is a great organization that helps a lot of children and the local community.

The initiation is the scariest part of the process.

Re: Joining a moose lodge

I used to belong to the Eagles club...it was an awesome club. Problem is it was 45 minutes away. My buddies and I joined so we could play in their golf outings each summer. A lot of my buddies now belong to the Moose club...I havent gone down that road.

Take a kid hunting, it's the future of our sport and the future is now!

Re: Joining a moose lodge

I belong to 2 VFW's, a Legion, the Elk's, local Gun Club, and the local Country Club.
The wife and I prefer the private clubs. Seldom ever find the type who are looking for the Friday night bar fight, the one's we belong to have a good crowd of good people.
Booze prices are cheaper, and the one's that serve food usually have good food at good prices.
We were with friends who took us to Moose club in Sebring Florida a few days ago. Very nice place, food was good to. There is not a Moose close to home, that is only reason we are not a member.

Your never to old to learn something stupid

Re: Joining a moose lodge

No social members. they are waiving application fees right now so its 40$ to join. You will find Moose clubs were ever you go. lots of benefits with your membership. nice places, good people, good food, good prices. I'm also a member of the Moose legion and the Moose riders m/c club. Its like belonging to an extended family.70% of the Moose's profits go back into the community and the rest goes to Mooseheart to help children.
