Dummy Rounds for 12 gauge

Does anyone have any suggestions on "dummy rounds" for a 12 gauge? These would be used to teach someone how to properly/safely load and unload a shotgun. Thanks!

Re: Dummy Rounds for 12 gauge

I guess it probably depends if you are going to try and actually cycle them through the gun......

If you are, I think one of the metal options would be best
