Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

Just got a Ruger email advertising their newly introduced Red Label shotgun. It is only available in 12 gauge and lists for $1399 which I think is less than the previous model.

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

finally Have been looking for a (nice) used one but most around my area have had some excessive wear and tear. Now worth the asking price, close to the price of a new one now.

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

Wish they would have come out with it in a 20 gauge. I have a 12 gauge Winchester O/U, but I've always liked the Red Labels

I saw on Gunblast that a 20 gauge is in the works.

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

After looking at the video on gunblast, looks like another for my wish list.

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

My understanding is that except for some handgun magazines, all Rugers are made in the USA.

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

The only thing I don't care for is the space between the barrels. I don't like being able to see through them...

Re: Ruger Re-Introduces Red Label

Agree, I have 2 older 20 gauges and like the look of the closed space.

Justification to remove the cover was to lower weight and improve balance. Also probably helped reduce the price.

I can live with it based on the price.
