The circuit judge

I was at Gander Mountain today and saw the Rossi Circuit Judge rifle revolver. I really have no use for it but I want it bad. I shot the Judge pistol and didn't enjoy it at all but I think it would be a fun rifle. Here is a link to the catalog.

Re: The circuit judge

I'm with you. The thing is pretty silly, but I really want one for rabbit hunting. I think it would be fun to spray some lead with.

Re: The circuit judge

Wow! I agree. For some silly reason, it would be fun to have. I hope they come out with a stainless one.

Re: The circuit judge

It is not legal to hunt with in Pa for small game. the capacity is too high, and it can't be legally blocked by the methods Pa requires. I thought the judge was dumb, but this thing makes the judge look sensible.

Re: The circuit judge

Maybe they could come out with a 3 shot 20 gauge revolver. Then we could actually use it for game.

Re: The circuit judge

They had revolver rifles in the 1800s, there is a reason they stopped making them, better things came along.

Re: The circuit judge

Seems to me you could get a nasty burn on your forarm where the gap between cyclinder and barrel is.

I made the mistake of having my finger across that gap when shooting a 22 once. Will never do that again. Lesson learned. I can only imagine what it's like with a 45.

There is a plate on the front of the cylinder that keeps the flash from burning you.
