7.62 pistol ammo

I'm familiar with the Tokorav in 7.62x25 but does anyone know of any other pistol ammo that would be stamped "7.62" that would be straight walled and not a necked casing?

I should mention the rounds are for a semi automatic

Re: 7.62 pistol ammo

There are many pistol cartridges in this caliber, but most common are:
7.62×25mm Tokarev, also known as 7.62 mm TT, used in the Tokarev pistol, and many of the WWII Soviet submachine guns.
7.63×25mm Mauser, which was the basis for, and has nearly identical dimensions to the Tokarev, but has different loading specifications.
7.65×21mm Parabellum
7.65×25mm Borchardt, from which both the Mauser and Parabellum cartridges were developed.
7.65×17mm Browning, also known as the .32 ACP.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

Re: 7.62 pistol ammo

Thanks John. I'm betting it was the .32 ACP. We had a robbery/shooting last week. The casings we recovered were stamped 7.62 (maybe 7.65) but weren't necked like the Tokorav. I was thinking .32 when I saw the slug we recovered but the case stamping was throwing me off.
