Re: 1911 Lovers

Para USA GI Expert. Picked it up new in September. Original with 1000 rounds thru it without a problem. Only handgun I own more accurate is my Taurus 44 magnum with 8.375" barrel

Re: 1911 Lovers

Colt New Agent Talo limited edition
Had it for 6 months bought new
Blued
Not really designed with accuracy as the priority but not bad for a 3" barrel. Joy to carry.

Springfield armory GI 1911 full size .45 acp, Stainless. Had it for a couple years now, it likes everything and is as accurate as I am.

Re: 1911 Lovers

Gold cup and 1991 a1 also a high point 45. As cheap as it sounds the high point goes bang every time you pull the trigger not as accurate as the other two but totally acceptable not at all shabby.

Kimber pro raptor II

Used to have one but sold it to one of the gun buy backs

Had it a year or so...love it..super accurate..shoots like a dream...carries like a dream...a 4" 1911 to me is a perfect carry gun...

I Carry it instead of a baby glock...sold it to the gun buy back too!

Re: 1911 Lovers

Mauser06, Did you get a good price? I am taking Joe Bidens advice and trading mine tonight for a double barrel shotgun.

Re: 1911 Lovers

Original Kimber, black finish (not really blued), Plastic trigger, had an Ambi safety put on,otherwise stock. approx. 17 years old, give or take. Wears Hogue wraparound grips and will shoot tiny groups all day long. Just a pain to clean.

The more people that I meet, the more I love my dog
