NO ABSOLUTELY NOT,you have to be careful about ammo or you can blow yourself up...After injuring yourself you cannot sue anyone because you are at fault not the retailer or manufacturers...BE CAREFUL...GO TO a gunshop to buy AMMO and get it from a knowledgable clerk...BE SAFE...
Can you shoot .380 bullets out of a .357 revolver?
Are you asking about shooting the .380 ACP cartridge in a Taurus revolver designed for the 357 magnum cartridge ? ? ?
Are you asking about reloading .380 ACP BULLETS (the .355" diameter projectile) into a 357 Magnum case (designed for .357" bullets) ? ? ?
Don't try to do either !

To clarify my question, I should have said 38 special rounds to be used in a 357 revolver,,, it is my understanding that I could use 38 special in a 357 but not the opposite.. I apologize for not stating the question properly
