over and under choke

can you put one extended choke in and one factory choke in an over and under?

i wasn't sure if firing the "shorter" barrel would cause a problem with the extended tube sticking out.

No not at all, both myself and a buddy have dedicated O/U turkey guns and we each have one extended tube for longer shots and a flush tube for up close. It works well and have never had a problem.
