Reloading data for .357 mag Hornady 180 grain XTP

Hey, does anyone have the data for this bullet from Hornady's 8th edition? All the major powder manufacturers list their loading data for free any more so it miffs me that we still have to pay for it from the bullet manufacturers

I was looking for H110 loadings, but the only 180 grain bullet listed in Hodgdon's data is the Nosler 180 Partition. I suppose they might substitute, but I'd be mighty interested in what Hornady lists for that bullet.

I didn't think that you could put a 180 gr bullet in a.357 mag. pistol and have any room left for powder.
The largest I reload is a 160gr. cast and that is for the rifle and not the pistol.

Nessmuk, Sorry dude, but really?! Nosler has loads for their 180 partition. Remington sells 180 jacketed hollow points. Both Buffalo Bore and Grizzly sell 180 hard cast loads for the .357 magnum.

I have load data in my 47th edition Lyman manual, but I just moved and everything is still in boxes...Somewhere.

The reason the bullet manufacturers want you to pay is because it costs them to develope the loads and have them go to print. At least that is what I got from Sierra when I emailed them. I heard that from a couple other sources as well.

Another source worth looking at is the online magazines like Guns & Ammo and Shooting Times, plus a couple others.

My thoughts are in this day and age the loading manuals would be free online to try to get you to buy their bullets. I have a hard time trying a new brand with no load data, and then having to pay 20 some bucks for it.

Pete: I guess that is what happens when I use the same reloading book and the same loads for 35 years and don't keep up with what is new on the market.

I think I will ask Santa for a new reloading book for Christmas.
