How do They Shoot

Today i just bought a K22 17-3 S&W.It is in beautiful shape and previous owner said it sat in the box for 20 years or better.Bought it in 1973.Excellent shape and pristine bore.I heard these are good shooters.Anyone have exp. with them.

I have handled/fired a few over the years and they are great pistols, accurate and very well made.

Make sure to ask what the previous owner liked to shoot in it (if possible) or failing that, don't be afraid to try several different loads to see what it likes.

But I purchased a new Taurus years ago, that is basically a K22 clone, which cost me less than half of what a real one cost back then. Would've sooner had the "real deal", but money was tight then and I have no complaints with the Taurus.

Some folks' learnin' curves just look like circles...3A Camp/also hunt 4B
