Mossberg is a class act

We noticed a significant safety malfunction on my son's 40-year-old model 500 20 gauge a little while back. I emailed Mossberg. They told me to send it in. They repaired and shipped it back on their dime in a couple of weeks.

I understand the need for good PR when it comes to safety features on guns, but repairing any problem on a 40-year-old gun for free is remarkable in my book.

Agree. I sent two guns back to S&W (older guns) they paid shipping both ways, fixed issues, and did some extras for me.

Customer service is what keeps me coming back to companies like these.

Don't Tread On Me is what it says and I'll take that to my grave.
