where can i get a fully rifled barrel for a remington 870 express magnum in a 20 ga

You should be able to order one from any shop that carries Remington products. You can always check out Gunbroker if you have a shop nearby they can ship to.

I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.

You can get them from most mail order companies. I have found that shipping prices on most everything is getting out of hand. Midway wanted $15 to ship a set of loading dies and a bullet mold. I went to the local gunshop, and he had the dies and ordered the mold for me. The dies were the same price, and the mold was $2 more, but NO SHIPPING.

No dealer required for just a barrel, it can be shipped by anyone, straight to your house.
