Re: ithaca 16 db

I'd pay $100 for it, and stop at Burger King to pick up your dinner.
Seriously, try GunsAmerica auction for an idea on $$. It sounds like a fairly valuable piece.

Forget about the danger; think of the fun!

I would try gunbroker too. I am betting it is worth in excess of $300 maybe a lot more. I would grab it myself if you wanted to part with it for less than $300.

http://www.shotgunworld.com

Search in the gun value archives. I'm sure it will be in there.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.

Re: ithaca 16 db

I have the Westernfield 16 SXS made by Ithaca. I believe they called it a "long range" model. Its chocked Mod/Full and has the pointing setters engraved on the side. It was valued around $300 last time I checked. It belonged to my Pap who gave it to me when I was 12. That shotgun has killed a pile of game, including a double on grouse when I was around 16 year old.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.
