custom need of a source

I have a youth model stock for my Remington 870 20 guage, but it does not have a butt plate and is a hollow synthetic stock. I cannot seem to find anything available and the local gunsmith seemed uninterested in helping. The stock is not attached to the gun and I am willing to send it somewhere to get one made. Anyone know a guy? Thanks Ron

Have you tried a few different pachmayr butt pads? Or checked somewhere like Brownells ?

Call Brownell's and explain your problem. Have the length and width of the butt handy. They may be able to recommend a pad.

The pad will need some fitting but there are plenty of tapes on YouTube to guide you.
