Stoeger

Does anyone have any experience with the Stoeger 2000
semi-auto? My brother is in the market for a semi-auto and likes the price on the Stoeger and that it's inertia driven.
Any input on this gun would be appreciated.

I'm not a fan of them. I tried a Benelli SBE and it didn't like to cylce low power rounds. I stick with my old 11-87, never had cycling probems, except when it's full of mud.

Remember, shoot straight and shoot often.

Re: Stoeger

I've had mine for 6-7 years and have had only 1 problem...I broke the bolt latch off. My fault. It even works after being submerged 3'under water/mud....don't ask me how I know.

Re: Stoeger

I have one and love it. I now have a benelli I use but had mine for several years and the only problem I had was the stock behind the trigger guard started to crack. Found a replacement stock and it is good to go.
