Re: Saiga 12

Have friends that have'm, none personally. But was told that some of the newer versions are having some reliablity issues. This was obtained from a friend that works for a gun shop in the NE part of the state. Who sold his back to the owner to have a second working one, as the new ones were having some issues. (Yes its second hand but I consider the originator VERY reliable when it comes to this sort of info.)

Re: Saiga 12

Make sure that if you are taking it to a range that it is ok to shoot them there. We banned them at our local club because of how destructive they are. Personally what I saw with them is that they are good if you have alot of money to watse on ammo. I am not a fan of that type of weapon being available for piblic use, simply because the group of people that I encountered was "the Saiga club" and they destroyed the range and were a major bunch of a#@holes. Anyone one that would claim to be a part of that group in my book does not need to own any firearm.

Duckman76 please rethink your stance I am not a fan of that type of weapon being available for piblic use". the dividing of the gun owning ranks is how the antis will win. That gun is simple an auto loading shot gun with a pistol grip. I shoot a Benelli SBE is that a gun that civilians should not own? According to California law it is. . .

Re: Saiga 12

ZacPA, I forgot they do ship with field stock. so they are truly just a clip feed 12 semi. they happen to look "evil". which I would say is a good look. Are they as fun to shoot as they look?

Re: Saiga 12

who makes that choke adaptor? I figured since it is built on the AK platform it would work well.
