Fly tying books for rookies?

Any suggestions for an easy to follow, step by step instructional book on fly tying for a newbie? I used to tie my own bucktail musky spinner baits so I have a little working knowledge. My buddy has a bunch of vises, etc and he's going to set me up with some equipment.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.

I also highly recommend taking a class if one is available near you. Once you learn the basics the right way you can take fly tying as far as you want to. You tube is a great tool for learning to tie a new fly.
