Re: what are you tying?

IGreat flies. Just put a material order in.

Ordered a bunch of new types of material to try. Stocked up on some mcfly foam, and pearl braid for eggs and sucker spawn patterns.

ll be tying walts worm, frenchies, green and orange weenies, for one order

other order will be a big mix nymph kit

some standards BHPT, BHHE, some large stones, caddis larva, prince nymphs, stockie killers, you name it it will be in there.

Will be busy for the next few months, and hope I can ty my own box in the process.

I ordered some Hungarian partridge and coq de leon for some new wet fly, and soft hackle patters as well.

Hope to spend more time tying than fishing this year ............YEAH RIGHT!

Re: what are you tying?

WHat style hooks are those. I like that large gap and curve on them.

Nice. What are the beads you are using on your midges? I have had a hard time finding small white beads.

Re: what are you tying?

aaah I had no idea this board was here! Anyway, I have been tying green weenies, pink salmon eggs, san juan worms, bh hare's ears, and pheasant tails. I too need to order materials (my pheasant tail order has been thoroughly filled this season.) Hooks, bead heads, and a few colors of ribbing wire. I also want to tie some sulphur emergers this year as well, since I was KILLING on them last season.

A bad day hunting rabbits beats a good day of anything else!
