FALL NATIVES

Hiked into a native stream in clinton/lycoming county for some beautiful fall colors. The rain increased the flows, so native brookies were on my mind instead of my bow . The ol yellow woolybugger was the fly of choice.
I was rewarded with just some beautiful little finned critters. Hope you enjoy the pics

The brown was a pleasant surprise towards the mouth.

Re: FALL NATIVES

Very nice. I'm happy to see water in the creek up that way finally at such an important time of year. Well done.

Re: FALL NATIVES

Some of the most beautiful things come from the great state of Pennsylvania... whether its the smell sound of the wooded mountain stream, the colors of native brook trout, the lines of a Pennsylvania long rifle, rattle on the dashboard of old box of .30-06 shells, or the taste of good old german pork saurkraut & kielbasa over home made mash potatoes... Sorry just day dreaming about growing up in western PA...

Re: FALL NATIVES

Makes me envious. Nothing like a fall brook, brownie or rainbow. Fall fishing is the best. Nice trout, Thanks for sharing.
