Re: Speechless....

I want to comment but I can't because people might think less of me.

Re: Speechless....

In the very last seconds of the video his cameraman asked "Can I stop this?". Looks like that question came about 8 minutes too late.

Re: Speechless....

Someone let him fish a private part of Spruce Creek

I like the comments that other people posted about the video.

Re: Speechless....

That was really bad handling of the fish. Why would he even take it to the bank like that? Appears to be someone either very new to fishing in general or completely clueless.

Re: Speechless....

I have seen worse.Could he have gotten it done quicker?Yes.Could he have landed it better and taken better care?Yes.Will what he did probaly kill the fish?If he put it in right away after the money shot, yeah it will probaly live.Has every one had one of those times out?Yes.Do I see this as a big problem? No,not everybody probaly knows the whole story. The fish will live and the angler will learn from that time.

Re: Speechless....

The fact that he put the fish in the mud didn't bother me as much as the fact that he played it, unnecessarily mind you, for almost eight minutes. I do not believe that many of us have done that, at least I sure hope not. Personally I think he was intent on getting as much footage as possible with no regard to the fish.
