I have a 7'6" 3wt and a 8' 4wt that both get used a lot. Depends on how small your small streams are.

Looks Like 7 to 7 1/2 foot rods in 4 wt fly rods are most popular here in pa.

I have about eight Sage & Cabelas rods on the shelf, but on smaller streams I use my 7'6" 3-weight and on Pine & Penns I use a 8'5" 5-weight the most. I only fish dries.

I have a 6' 1-weight for natives.

I use a 7'- 3 wt st criox and a 71/2'- 4wt g-loomis that I made from a glx blank years ago. I also have a 5-8" 4wt when I'm in the mood to fish those trickles...

pullin strings, flingin flies and scraping stones...
