I am a fan of using nymphs during the middle season. The fish have been in the stream a bit and are a bit more used to eating aquatic life that resides in the stream. Standard 14-16 nymphs will do the trick. Also larger stoneflies have worked for me.
Crystal buggers in white and black work up there as well.
