Perfect Timing

Well the wife and I just announce we are expecting a new baby this spring, so I figured I could make it HPA official.

The best part is the baby's due date is Spot on with the first day of trout. I always thought I would plan better than that any more the first day is more of a ritual to me anymore anyways, an I enjoy winter and later spring fishing better anyway. Just never thought that the birth of my child would land on any of the season openers.

Hoping and praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby, just really wishing for a girl this time. Feeling very blessed these days with the new job, and soon to be new baby. God is definitely watching out for me.

Re: Perfect Timing

Blessings abound. Congrats to you on your new addition. I'll pray for health for you and yours.

We are also expecting the birth of a baby girl. Any day now actually. She is healthy and ready to meet the world. Our due date is Sept. 5th. I found out while I was out in the field for my last day of rabbit/pheasant hunting last year. We were having a good hunt, but as soon as I got the news I was ready to head home and hug my wife.

Funny how so many good memories hunting and fishing bring... even when those memories have nothing to do with hunting or fishing.

God bless

Re: Perfect Timing

It took 10 days but she arrived. Happy and healthy. We're home now. All my prayers were answered. She is the most precious thing in the world.

I'll keep praying you are as blessed.
