ERIE COUNTY MUSKY

Anyone have any suggestions of locations to try for MUSKY around Erie County? Where to look for these fish in bodies of water, on a ledge, under a fallen tree, etc...I would also like tips for lure types and colors...I have caught my fair share of Northern Pike but never a musky....And help or suggestions greatly appreciated!

From what I gather, Pymatuning is your best bet by far. (Not in Erie but close...)

Tiny little Lake LeBeouf (sp) near Waterford has some big ones. Also French Creek and Conneautee as well as Edinboro Lake.

Re: ERIE COUNTY MUSKY

It is a bit south in Crawford County. I grew up in Conneaut Lake.

Re: ERIE COUNTY MUSKY

Lake Lebeouf in waterford, Edinboro Lake in edinboro, I have seen monsters pulled from these two lakes. Both lakes about 15-20 minutes from the city of Erie. I know guys like to cast big bucktails along the boat docks at edinboro in the spring and guys like to fish bluegills under a float at night at Lebouf.
