Went to the Nocks...we were zeroing in on the walleyes..found them in 60 ft of water...7 feet from the bottom...we jigged and only got one good hit and missed it...they just did'nt want to hit..we also found a nice flat and thought we were into them...but we started to catch alot of cat fish...crappies were active so we did have alittle fun...but i know why the nocks is called the lake of a 1,000 casts...anybody ever have any luck up there for walleyes...from what i've heard their loaded with them..just can't catch'em...maybe atip..cause we beat the water to death..between jigging and cranking...
You have the structure map? Easy to find without the map cause it's where all the boats are huddled.
We don't go there anymore. To far of a drive for what's there and the riff raff. You can do better elsewhere.
Your spot I NEVER go back
My spot I expect the same
yes i do have it...and i go there cause its close to me..its a hard lake to fish...if i can do better point me in the direction brother..I'm thinking about hitting the delaware river next week and trying my luck there...Honkers51
Well.....from what im told....I'm fishing in too deep of water....so I'm going to 30 ft running planer boards and dipsy divers with harnesses &crankbaits.....I'm going to beat the water this summer till I catch my first walleye and striper....!
That is a beauty...I'm jealous bud...like i said..just ordered the planer boards and dipsy divers and i'm going in after them till i'm blue in the face..and if that does'nt happen...I'm traveling to the pack!!
Well i did'nt get on the lake today...I recieved my dipsy divers and are waiting on the planers boards...I wanted to try the divers today..but a last minute back out killed it...so I'll wait to next weekend and try my hand at it...
