Sayers Dam/Bald Eage/Blanchard

Does anybody ever catch walleye in Sayers dam? I know they're in there but I haven't heard many success stories.

Not your best choice for walleyes IMO. You said it, they are in there but not in high numbers. The ones caught are usually by accident.

There is always a season!

Several years ago the tailrace below the dam was a hotspot for big walleyes but none of my friends or I ever caught any in the lake.

I've gotten a few in the spillway below the dam as well, but I have caught two in the lake, one while trolling for crappies and one while ice fishing.
