Musky Water near Freeport?

Wanting to start trying some musky fishing this spring. What waters within an easy drive of Freeport would you guys recommend. I have a small boat so I can out on just about any water.
Also, I wanna start stocking up on gear. What gear do I need for the tactics that work best around here?

The drive won't get much easier for you than the Allegheny.

There are quite a few options for lake fishing within an hour drive of you as well. Keystone Power Dam, Loyalhanna, Crooked Creek, Arthur, and Mahoning would all fit the bill.
