Snowy mentored day

Anyone else get out to play in the snow with their kids today. We had about 4" of fresh powder up here in Potter. Had some equipment issues that cost Natalie 2 18"+ Golden's but she did get a few.

No white stuff here, just about 28 degrees for start time today. Looks like it made for some pretty scenery in your neck of the woods.

Water looks kinda low in those pics. Congrats to both of you for toughing it out on a cold day.

We had just over an inch of snow here and 26 degrees when we got out of the truck. I couldn't believe how few people were out participating. We had an equipment issue also.

My daughter got a cold two days ago, and with the cold temps, it was a no go this morning. I drove to the spot on Jacobs Creek where I was planning on taking her , just to check it out...At least 30 vehicles along that stretch of stream. I'm not too heart broken about missing it now.

I'm always amazed that the weather, colds, sick whatever never seems to get the kids down. They keep going while I sit and whine.

Great pictures!

Water was actually high and pretty swift this morning. Pretty clear still but we had to have some extra split shot on.
