First outing of the year

Made I'd out for a few hours as the water was rising from the melt off. Fish were pretty active but trying to force myself to strip set hindered me a bit. Ended up going 2 out of 6 on hook ups. First fish of the year was 15" and second was 19". Gonna try to find some water in the morning before the rain moves in and all the streams get blown out.

Those are two very nice browns. That's a rather large streamer.

I love that reel RB. Did that happen easily or did you painstakingly lay that line on?

It was super easy, a couple different color backings then line. That Redington behemoth reel design really makes it look good.
