Wild vs. Stocked

So the other thread gave me the idea of a wild vs. stocked quiz. For the purpose of the quiz, wild/native will be considered the same. These are all fish I have caught. This is just for fun, no prizes, no grades, no stickers, and no judgement.

Your answer choices are wild, stocked, or ND (non-determinable)

Let's start with Rainbow Trout:

#1

#2

Brown Trout:

#3

#4

#5

#6

#7

#8

Brook Trout:

#9

#10

#11

Catch-and-Release wild trout.

Re: Wild vs. Stocked

Here's my guesses (probably wrong but someone's gotta start):

1. Stocked
2. Stocked
3. Wild
4. Stocked
5. Stocked
6. Not sure, but I think Wild
7. Wild
8. Wild (Holdover maybe?)
9. Wild
10. Stocked
11. Not sure, but I think Stocked

Some of those browns are the harder ones. Hard to tell if they are stocked holdovers or true wild ones...

A bad day hunting rabbits beats a good day of anything else!

Re: Wild vs. Stocked

1. cant see photo for some reason
2. stocked
3. wild
4. stocked
5. stocked
6. wild
7. hold over
8. stocked
9. tough one but the front fin looks goofy so stocked
10. stocked
11. stocked

Nice looking fish but tough to tell. I haven't personally seen that many wild browns with their spots close together. Just might be where I live in the state though. Number 7 is a tough one, so I am going with hold over.

Either way great looking fish and any of them seem that they have been in the stream for quite a while.
