Fish through the chubbs or move on?
SO! I fish a stocked stream in Lancaster County, and I feel like I'm not doing as well as I have been over the past few years.
Do you guys fish though the chubbs? Like I catch a ton of creek chubbs, sometimes from spots I can see trout in... should I stay and keep trying and weed through the chubbs or move on to the next spot?
Do you target moving water? and are shallow riffles a place I am over looking?
FINALLY- Artificial baits? Is it too early for rooster tails? and have you ever used trout magnets?!?!?
My info in return- so far I've only caught two trout, both big rainbows, and both on a meal work on a #12 (?) hook, without any weight!
There are enough animals in the woods and birds in the air for all of us...
