Ice for the Opener

I'm guessing some of the lakes will still be locked up here in the Northern tier for the trout opener. Saw guys out on four wheelers on a local lake yesterday fishing. LOTS of ice still in my neck of the woods. I still have close to a foot of snow in my yard.

Re: Ice for the Opener

no...I know Elmhurst is drawn way down because of the dam but look at how low the Curtis is.........and the pull over spot that everyone parks at is posted. Which I knew would happen because people were littering a lot since they opened it. I liked it better when it was closed to fishing!! LOL

Elmhurst they drew down last fall for the dam repairs. Didn't know about Curtis. Haven't drove by that way lately. Been driving 435 to get to Moscow to run coyote.
