Doves are song birds so nope can’t hunt them. Did you read any where in there that it was backed by the state. I smell scam

Just another bunch of ding bat bunny huggers, the concept could only come from a two legged squirrel. Buy a license to do nothing, pay to make a promise that you will not hunt and kill wildlife. Yeah, this will go far.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

Bottom line is it's Jersey, and this is one of the many, many, reasons the Exodus did not only occur in the Bible!

It's a NONHUNTING LICENSE The proceeds go to stop hunting. The only surprise is Jersey went for it before California

Remember.... they're full time deer......we're part time hunters!

I guess these people havenít figured out that by removing hunting they regulate many of these animals to the slow suffering death via starvation. Without natural predators the animals will populate to excess and eat until the forests can no longer support them which kills off many more than the targeted species.

Of course the alternative is to import their natural predators which sounds like the noble thing to do right up until a child is killed playing in the back yard because a wolf or mountain lion decided people were easier to catch.
