archery ethics

I ordered a bow from my local archery shop 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't come in. I had to wait till the last minute because I was broke before this. The archery shop still doesn't have the bow. I can get it cheaper and faster online. Should I say screw it and order it online or just keep waiting
?

Re: archery ethics

Check with the shop if they are getting it soon then wait. Not much going on in the woods yet anyway. I prefer to deal locally because I rely on the service at my local shops.

Re: archery ethics

Whats their reasoning on why its taking so long? Sounds like they may have forgot to order it or something. Unless you are a knowledgeable bow techie and have all the equipment i.e. bow press I'd just kindly stay on top of them and wait for it. For set up and and should there be any problems down the road its always good to have a shop where your known to help you out.

Re: archery ethics

Talk to the shop, maybe they don't have the credit or cash to order it. If you can get it maybe they'll do the set up. Just don't leave them hanging.

Re: archery ethics

Good possibility the BEAR is no longer making the bow. All the new 2014's are coming out in the next 2 months. They may not be in production anymore. Call Bear see.

Wishing I was at camp!
