I'm so cheap

I toss in one of those gripper pads, into my archery box, that the wife gets for jars from dollar general.
We'll use them for jars at home; I'll use them occasionally for gripping and pulling out arrows from targets.

Re: I'm so cheap

There is a difference between being "cheap" and being smart. Good idea.

So, what would you suggest as a "better", more expensive, solution, for those eager to part with their money?

Heck, even cheaper, keep a bar of soap in your archery gear bag/ box/3D quiver. Rub it on the front third of your arrow ever couple of shots and you won't even need an arrow puller. I prefer Irish spring, because it smells pretty

I think I'm an alright guy, I think I'm alright

You may be frugal, but not cheap

The older I get the better I was.

Re: I'm so cheap

Use FMJ arrows and they pull right out. These have been great for me when shooting indoors at the range. It was a real hassle pulling the arrows from the backstop. They also pull easily from the 3D targets.

If you were cheap you would just stand there yanking them out risking breaking them.I'd call it smart.Your using something useless in to useful.
