Quiver and Arrow Suggestions

I plan on purchasing a Hoyt Charger, Have a new Quad rest, looking for arrow and quiver suggestions, I like to take the quiver off in the tree, I have always shot aluminums and fingers until this year.

Re: Quiver and Arrow Suggestions

I personally don't hunt with my quiver on the bow so I don't waste the extra coin on them. I use the Kwikkee quivers. There are many versions to choose from. As far as arrows I have been using Gold Tip XTs for over 10 years but recently came across arrows from Deer Crossing Archery and got a dozen to try out. So far I've been impressed and the price is pretty sweet too. Also on the quivers I mentioned...I use climbers and buy extra quiver mounts and screw them to the sides of my climber seat where I put my quiver while climbing up and during the hunt....keeps them secure and handy.

Kwikkee quivers and GoldTip XT's are where I started. Nothing wrong with those. Plus Kwikkee's are probally one of the more affordable options.

I also use a Kikkee not mounted on my bow and just use it to transport and protect the arrows and broadheads. Also a finger shooter - glad to know there are a few of us left!

Re: Quiver and Arrow Suggestions

I also purchased a new 2013 Hoyt Charger and I added a 4 arrow quiver that has a loop at the top for hanging . It is made by Fuse. Quick detach and not to large. It's been 10 years since I shot my Mcpherson solo- lite and this new hoyt is really amazing. Good luck.
