I dont usually tout a product, but I am going to tout Rage a little specifically for their customer service.
I was trying to order up some rage 125 crossbow heads for my dad for his birthday, but their site didnt allow the option for an APO billing address. This has been a problem with a couple other companies that I have tried to order stuff from this year and they more or less said "hey, thanks for your service but sorry bout your luck, we cant help."
With this in mind I called rage kinda disappointed, but they lady that I talked to was more than happy to help. She hand jammed the order for me and ran the credit card through right there so that my billing address wasnt a problem.
Anyway, thought I would give credit where it is due. I was already a fan of Rage but this just kinda sealed the deal for me. Down-to-earth people are much nicer to deal with, that is for sure. Thought I would pass this along in case anyone was on the fence! The little extra mile they showed did a lot for me and future customer loyalty!
